Study on Optimal Design of Grotto-Eave System with Cable Inerter Viscous Damper for Vibration Control

چکیده
In this paper, the mechanical model of grotto–eave system with cable inerter viscous damper (CIVD) is established, and vibration control equations are established. Firstly, stochastic response carried out, optimization design parameters CIVD out for systems different connection types. Finally, mitigation performance under seismic inputs analyzed. The research shows that in optimal CIVD, inerter–mass ratio damping should be reduced as much possible to improve feasibility application cultural relics protection engineering condition meeting target ratio. demand-based method can minimize cost by enhancing element deformation a small ratio, while ensuring value displacement index reached.
